How to approve link requests

User should have already requested a link to join. If not please see the following article on how to add a user: https://kb.lobbyguard.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044218173

You must be an admin for the group to accept link requests

  1. Login to frontdesk.lobbyguard.com and go to “ADMINISTRATION”-“LINKED ACCOUNTS”-“USERS”

  1. Click the red box by the user's name labeled "Requesting Link"
  2. On the new window you can choose the rights for that user as well as which locations they can access

  1. Make sure you change the link status to Linked if it is a valid user account and hit save
