If you ever get the error stated above your printer might need to be reset. Please follow the steps below on how to do so.
1. Close out of the LobbyGuard software by following the steps shown below:
Click on the LobbyGuard logo in the top right corner
Enter your administrator password and press OK (The default password is 12345)
Click on Exit to Desktop
Unplug both cables on the back of the Dymo printer
Reattach both cables on the back of the printer
Restart the LobbyGuard application and perform a test sign in to verify it is printing correctly
If badges are not printing after completing the steps provided, please submit an online support ticket via http://lobbyguard.com/support/
