Position your camera for Optimal Photos
When light is behind a Visitor it results in a poor photo, making facial features dark and indistinguishable. A direct source of light in the background tends to overpower the entire image captured. To solve these problems, position the webcam so that there is a light source in front of the Visitor. If you feel the photo printed on the LobbyGuard visitor badge is still dark follow the steps below to lighten the print density to lighten the image.
Push the windows key on your keyboard to pull up the start menu. Once at the start menu, click on Devices and Printers on the right side of the start menu
Once you open the Devices and Printers page, you will see the Dymo Label Writer 400/450 Turbo. Right click on the Dymo printer and select “printing preferences”
You should now see an Advanced button on the bottom right side of the window, select this button
As you look at the Advanced options window for your printer you will have four drop down areas: Paper/Output, Graphic, Document Options, and Printer Features. Under Printer Features there is a Print Density option, click on the underlined text to access the pick-list menu. From the pick-list, select Light. Push OK to save your settings and bring you back to the Printing Preferences page
