LobbyGuard works hard to deliver the best quality badge at the best possible price and will beat any advertised price for badges - if you see or are offered a better price on badges please email customerservice@lobbyguard.com
Get the Best Photo
If you are seeing dark or heavy-shadowed photos on your printed visitor badges it is most likely due to lighting around your LobbyGuard kiosk. You should position the kiosk so that the brightest possible light is in the visitor's face. If the light is behind the visitor it will cast a shadow over the camera and will result in a poor photo. If you continue to have issues with bad photos please contact support@lobbyguard.com for further assistance.
Printer Location: Self-Service or Staff-Operated?
All LobbyGuard products give you the option of positioning the visitor badge printer by the kiosk for a complete self-service solution or to position the printer by front office personnel to give your employees a chance to review the badge then hand it over to the visitor. The badge printer can be shared across your network and as such can be located most anywhere in your building. If you would like to position the badge printer in a location away from the kiosk for staff review of the badge please contact support@lobbyguard.com for installation instructions and assistance with this task.
