Create a rule for Failed Background Checks
1. Select the ADMINISTRATION tab
2. Select the RULES sub-tab
3. Select Add to create a RULE
1. Create a Name for this RULE
2. Create a description
3. Select Failed Background Check from the Trigger drop down
4. Ensure the respective kiosk(s) is selected for which you want this Rule to operate on
1. Select show to enter email addresses that email notifications will be sent to
2. Select show to enter phone numbers that text message notifications will be sent to
1. Enter an email address to have this email notification sent to and click the Add button
2. Enter a phone number to have this text message notification sent to and click the Add button
3. Click Save to add this rule
Your RULE should now display in the RULES tab
Ensure the correct SOURCES are enabled to have this RULE run against
