Access the kiosk control panel by touching the upper right corner of the sign in screen
Enter your administrator password or contact LobbyGuard support
From the kiosk control panel, select Initiate Remote Support Session
In the window that pops up, select your scheduled representative
At the box that pops up, click Run (you may have to do this twice)
Once this is completed, the support session has been established and LobbyGuard support has remote access to your kiosk
