Screen not rotating when trying to access LobbyGuard FrontDesk on mobile

  1. When using Lobby Guard Front Desk on mobile, you will be prompted to rotate your screen.mceclip0.png

 

  1. If your phone screen does not rotate, it may be locked to Portrait Orientation in the settings. Follow Step 3 for how to unlock in iOS and Step 5 on unlocking it in Android.
  1. iOS - Access the Control Center by swiping downward from the upper-right corner of the Home or Lock screen.
  2. Tap the Portrait Orientation icon to lock or unlock screen portrait orientation. When the icon is highlighted in white, the screen is locked into portrait orientation mode. The Control Center screen may vary slightly depending on the device model.

  1. Android OS - Access the Quick Settings Menu by swiping downward from the top of the Home screen. The Quick Settings Menu may vary slightly depending on your device model.
  2. Tap the “Auto-Rotate” option to enable the function.
