To update the printer driver on your LobbyGuard unit follow the directions below:
1. Close out of the LobbyGuard software by following the steps shown below:
Click on the LobbyGuard logo in the top right corner
Enter your administrator password and press OK (The default password is 12345)
Click on Exit to Desktop
2. Download the recommended Dymo driver by clicking on the following link: http://download.dymo.com/dymo/Software/Win/DLS8Setup.8.7.1.exe
3. Click on start in the bottom left corner
4. Type in add or remove programs
5. Scroll down to DYMO Label and click uninstall
6. Follow the onscreen prompts clicking "Next" to uninstall the software.
7. Run the installer and follow the onscreen prompts to install the updated Dymo software.
